Precise Cast Prototypes & Engineering, Inc., has joined a select group of Colorado companies as they were recently recognized as one of the Colorado Companies to Watch. This selection acknowledges the hard work, dedication and contribution of Precise Cast as a growing company in the state.
Remington consulted and collaborated with Precise Cast Prototypes and Engineering (PCPE) on technical assistance and design recommendations. PreciseCast and Remington Defense decided to pursue a magnesium alternative.
PreciseCast recently produced a prototype for SpillX for a new fueling system for locomotives. The part is a bolt-on receiver for new GE locomotives and performed flawlessly at a fueling demonstration test at BNSF facilities in Clovis, NM.
Metal Casting Design & Purchasing Magazine featured PreciseCast’s A356 Aluminum cast body for the Zetec repair and inspection robot in it’s March/April 2012 issue.
The International Magnesium Association awarded Precise Cast Prototypes and Engineering with the 2011 Award of Excellence in the Cast Product Design/Commercial, Non-Automotive category.
