Casting Alloys

At Precise Cast, we manufacture metal castings in zinc, magnesium, and aluminum cast alloys.

The table below is a summary of the metals we cast. From this chart, you can find various information regarding different metals tempers and meetings point. Example A365 melting point is 1030-1140 degree Fareinhite.

The alloys that are highlighted are the preferred metal casting alloys for the sand casting and plaster casting processes.

The other alloys can only be used after reviewing the part geometry and performing an FEA analysis of the casting process.

Our team of experts can help select the best alloys for your castings needs. Start a conversation or contact us for a free consultation.
